I have found a simple solution to solve this problem.
Go to folder C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
Copy NPSWF32.dll or WPSWF32.dll (depends on your windows version)
Copy to folder C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins

Proof:
If you work hard, like you do, you are facing problems.Problems usually make you feel stressed. Stress makes you feel uncomfortable, thus unhappy.
If you work less you will have to face fewer problems so less stress then you is happier.
